Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow is a creative class focused on flowing movements in time with the breath. You will build strength, flexibility and calm the mind as well as really becoming aware of your body and what feels good. This style of movement really helps you meditate through conscious movement and we end with a well-deserved Savasana (rest in total relaxation) to let you soak in all the benefits of the class.
Slow Flow & Meditation
60 mins (45 yoga + 15 guided meditation)
This is a slower Vinyasa Flow style class with a focus on breath and mindful movement. We move consciously with an emphasis on the flow between asanas (poses) and the awareness of our body. Whilst this practice is slower, it enhances our body awareness, strength and flexibility of both our body and mind. We end with a 15-minute guided meditation to immerse yourself in the calm.
Private
60 - 90 mins
. Private classes are an excellent way to develop your practice and focus your practice to suit you.
Private classes are also brilliant for beginners wanting to get to know the basics and gain confidence before a group lesson.
