
Our Philosophy
Quite simply our philosophy is this

Yoga is for everyone and everybody. Whoever you are, whatever your goal is, it is for YOU.

Yoga is not just exercise. Yes sometimes we really get moving but sometimes we move less. You choose what is right for you that day. It is about tuning into your body, focusing on the breath, being mindful and calming the mind.

We want to cultivate a practice in a safe space where there is no judgement and no expectation.
